About the role

The Commercial Director will lead the sales and marketing teams reporting directly to the Managing Directors.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Strategic Leadership - leading the development and execution of the business plan to achieve top line and bottom-line growth.
  • Sales Management & Marketing Oversight
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major retailers/distributors (Coles, EDG, ALM, Paramount)
  • Financial Accountability and Regulatory Compliance
  • Team Leadership - Foster a high-performance culture
 
About you
 
This role is based in Canberra. Exceptional candidates from Sydney may also be considered.
 
You have demonstrated success in:
  • Sales and Marketing Leadership
  • Business acumen
  • Team Leadership
  • Beverages/Liquor experience highly regarded
