They have recently completed an organisational design review which has resulted in the creation of a new role within the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great business in a broad ranging leadership role.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate
  • A contemporary approach to leadership with demonstrated staff retention in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated teams across engineering, technical and maintenance functions.
  • A hands on approach to Capital Works and Continuous Improvement processes.
  • Unrivalled communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will possess:
  • A degree level qualification in a related engineering discipline
  • Extensive (7-10 years) experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Lean Manufacturing expertise
