As they continue to grow and evolve, they are delivering a significant pipeline of capital works projects—ranging from general building upgrades to complex electromechanical and process improvement initiatives and seeking a Project Manager to lead these projects.

About the Role
Seeking an experienced and versatile Project Manager to join the team. You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timelines are met. The projects span infrastructure enhancements, debottlenecking, and electromechanical improvements—offering the chance to apply a broad skill set in a challenging and rewarding environment. 

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects through all phases: concept design, detailed development, procurement, execution, and close-out
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality across all projects
  • Ensure all projects comply with regulatory and safety standards
  • Prepare and deliver accurate project reporting and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
  • Experience in FMCG, food or agriculture manufacturing highly desirable
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure or industrial projects end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills
