You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timelines are met. About the Role
Seeking an experienced and versatile Project Manager to join the team. You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timelines are met. The projects span infrastructure enhancements, debottlenecking, and electromechanical improvements—offering the chance to apply a broad skill set in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead and manage multiple projects through all phases: concept design, detailed development, procurement, execution, and close-out
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality across all projects
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory and safety standards
- Prepare and deliver accurate project reporting and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- Experience in FMCG, food or agriculture manufacturing highly desirable
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or industrial projects end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills
