Your Company 
We are working with a Brisbane based developer-builder who have an excellent reputation for producing great people and great projects. As a result of their continued success their pipeline for the remainder of 2025 through to 2027 is looking very strong! They have just had the green light to start a $4m industrial project based in Brendale and require a site manager on contract for 20 weeks which will likely roll into another similar sized industrial project directly afterward.

Your Job
To be successful in securing this job you will have recent experience as a Site Manager on industrial projects worth $5m and above. You will also have a proven track record of hitting key milestones on time and be able to demonstrate your “care factor” in the previous delivery of your projects.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of the trades people and subcontractors on site and be able to push the project to achieve timely milestones. Great career progression is available as the company anticipates strong growth in the years to come, creating more opportunities internally.

Your Experience and Qualifications    
  • Must have recent experience as a Site Manager on industrial and warehouse style projects with hard stand and tilt panel elements.
  • QBCC Site Supervisors License
  • Confidence in your abilities to communicate with management and sub contractors alike
  • Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Experience in writing reports, monthly and ongoing
  • Be able to demonstrate a “safety first” mentality to everything you do
