About the role:

As the Health and Safety Business Partner, you are a critical conduit between operations, service and commercial functions. This role has a seat at the table, sitting within the senior leadership team and really driving practical and effective safety outcomes business-wide. Core deliverables and remit of the role include:
  • Engaging organisation stakeholders from front-line operators through to senior leaders, on what good safety looks like, consistently
  • Tailoring an effective safety management program, building on existing footprint in pursuit of continued safety excellence 
  • Development and delivery of tailored OH&S programs across various divisions/teams within the business 
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement and being a focal point for execution


What we are looking for?

This role suits a proactive safety leader who, in a fluid manner, can shift between strategic big picture thinking and "boots on the ground" frontline engagement. You'll have worked in high-risk environments (think manufacturing, supply chain, services) and have an innate understanding for practical, pragmatic solutions across a range of risk categories.

Functionally, you're a strong communicator, have a keen analytical mindset and can work autonomously towards shared goals.
