We are partnering exclusively with Urban Ethos to recruit a dynamic National Business Development Manager to join their growing team. Urban Ethos is a pioneering force in sourcing and cultivating eco-conscious brands globally. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a part-time opportunity (approximately 3 days per week or flexible shorter hours across 4 or 5 days) that will suit someone looking to re-enter the workforce or seeking part-time work. The focus is on new business development, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle retail.
You will leverage your existing retail networks to re-energise dormant accounts, expand distribution, and drive strategic growth initiatives. Target customers include big-box retailers across Australia and New Zealand. There is significant potential for this role to grow to full-time as the market opportunity develops.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a commercially savvy Business Development Manager or National Account Manager with a proven track record in retail channel sales, ideally across the consumer goods or lifestyle categories. Strong networks with major retailers and independents will be highly regarded.

- Reactivate relationships with dormant or underdeveloped retail partners
- Cultivate and manage key accounts, ensuring alignment with sales targets and brand objectives
- Identify and secure new retail opportunities in line with Urban Ethos’s sustainability mission
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the team to support NPD initiatives and promotional activity
- Provide ongoing market intelligence and competitor insights to inform future growth plans
