Six Degrees is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to support the delivery of commercial and residential construction projects across the Gold Coast. You will play a key role in supervising day-to-day construction activities and supporting the Construction Manager to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise field staff, subcontractors and office personnel across active construction sites
  • Support the Construction Manager to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare tender and quotation documentation including accurate estimates, material lists and construction programs
  • Assist with planning and delivery of construction works to ensure cost-effective, quality outcomes
  • Perform WHS site inspections, equipment checks, and ensure safety documentation is in place
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment in line with SMS and WHS policies
  • Conduct inspections and testing of materials, including asbestos sampling as required

Essential Requirements
  • Construction trade background
  • WHS General Safety Induction Card (White Card)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project or similar tools
  • Strong supervisory skills across commercial/residential construction environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Construction-related trade qualification
  • Experience producing estimates and managing project documentation
