There is an exciting opportunity to join in a OH&S advisor capacity, partnering with a well established existing team to help drive strong client partnerships and be a source of truth for site OH&S practices.
About the role:
If you are someone passionate about safety and wanting to get out of purely site based, functional roles, this is a rare opportunity.The OH&S Advisor is a role based out of head office (central Melbourne based) that supports a national client base, helping them lift their safety game through coaching, guidance and practical tools. Additionally, this role will also give you the opportunity to put together engaging content across various digital formats to support customers with how to do safety effectively and promote strong site practices.
What we are looking for:
Ideally, you'll have come from within the construction sector, or similar high risk industries such as trades or manufacturing and have a genuine understanding for how sites operate. You've got good foundational experience of technical health and safety subject matter, but more importantly you can translate this into something people want to actually follow, getting buy in from a range of stakeholders.
