Join a high-growth property group that is redefining Australia’s residential living experience. With multiple large-scale Build to Rent developments underway nationally, the business is seeking a strategic and hands-on leasing leader to drive occupancy, revenue performance, and customer experience across a luxury portfolio. This is an opportunity to step into a newly created role at the centre of a major transformation. You’ll work directly with the Group Executive team to shape leasing strategy, lead high-performing site and centralised teams, and deliver a best-in-class resident experience that sets new benchmarks in the market.
 
The Opportunity
As General Manager, Leasing, you will:
  • Lead national leasing operations across multiple large-scale Build to Rent assets.
  • Develop and execute strategy to optimise occupancy, rental yield, and brand positioning.
  • Drive pre-leasing and launch campaigns for new developments, ensuring timely stabilisation.
  • Build and coach a high-performance leasing culture centred on luxury service, data-driven performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Marketing, and Asset Management to align leasing outcomes with business and investor goals.
  • Ensure every resident interaction reflects a premium, hospitality-inspired standard of service.
 
About You
You are a proven senior leader with 8+ years in leasing, property management, or luxury multi-residential environments, ideally with Build to Rent or hospitality-driven assets. You’ll bring:
  • Track record leading multi-site teams and driving leasing performance at scale.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue management and budgeting.
  • Deep understanding of premium customer expectations and brand-led experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM and real estate systems (Yardi, MRI, Salesforce or similar).
  • A natural leader who inspires culture, drives accountability, and thrives in environments of growth and change.
