About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing key national Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) accounts. You’ll lead the delivery of strategic growth plans, build long-term customer partnerships, and identify new opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across sales, supply chain, and marketing, you’ll ensure seamless execution of account strategies, tenders, and promotional programs that deliver sustainable growth ahead of the market.
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing and growing key national QSR accounts, delivering strategic business plans, and driving commercial performance. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities, execute promotional initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across the QSR channel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key QSR or foodservice accounts, delivering commercial results, and building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders. - Develop and execute annual customer and business plans across major QSR partners.
- Drive joint business planning, promotional initiatives, and innovation pipelines.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, product, and service agreements.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the QSR channel.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and commercial insights to drive performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key QSR or foodservice accounts, delivering commercial results, and building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders. You will be highly organised, commercially minded, and able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to achieve business objectives:
- Proven experience managing key QSR or foodservice customers in the Australian market.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering sales growth and profit targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience developing and executing customer plans and joint business strategies.
- Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
