About the Company
Join a well-established international business that designs and delivers engineered products and systems supporting large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects across Australia.

With a strong focus on innovation, speed of construction, and sustainability, this organisation partners closely with leading builders and engineers to deliver smarter, faster, and safer solutions in the structural space.
They operate from a modern facility in the south of Brisbane, and form part of a global group recognised for their quality, technical expertise, and forward-thinking approach to safety.

About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of estimating, scheduling, and project coordination, supporting both the engineering and sales functions.
You’ll interpret drawings, prepare accurate quantity take-offs, manage project schedules, and coordinate delivery to meet client and production timelines.

This is a technically focused estimating position suited to someone who enjoys balancing detail, precision, and communication — supporting very large structural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate bills of quantities and take-offs from structural drawings
  • Develop cost estimates and tender support documentation
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to manage delivery schedules
  • Liaise with customers to confirm requirements and timelines
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality control within estimating and scheduling
About You
You’re an experienced estimator or scheduler with a background in steel, reinforcement, or structural products.
You’ll have a strong understanding of how structural and concrete elements come together, and you’re comfortable interpreting drawings and coordinating with both engineers and clients.

To be successful, you’ll bring:
  • Experience in estimating or scheduling within reinforcing steel, rebar, structural components, or concrete systems
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy (Bluebeam, Tekla, or Revit)
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
This role would suit someone who’s ready to join a stable, growing business with a strong technical focus and a collaborative culture.
