E-commerce / Performance Manager

We are partnering with a medical devices company find a hands-on E-commerce / Performance Manager who can own performance marketing and drive online growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead SEM/SEO, challenge agencies, and shape the e-commerce strategy for both Australia and New Zealand.

The role
  • Take ownership of SEM, SEO, and digital performance
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track ROI and performance trends
  • Challenge agencies to maximise results and budget efficiency
  • Explore growth opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
Who we are looking for
  • 4–8 years’ experience in performance marketing and e-commerce
  • Direct hands-on experience running campaigns (not just reports)
  • Strong analytics skills (Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • SME-friendly, strategic yet hands-on, able to operate independently
