About the company
Climate Council is Australia’s own independent, evidence-based organisation on climate science, impacts and solutions. Powered by our incredible community, we advocate for solutions that rapidly drive down emissions, and shape the national conversation about the consequences of inaction.
Our vision: We can materially contribute to the global climate challenge and unlock social and economic benefits for Australians if we cut climate pollution far and fast enough this decade. It means transformation across all levels of government, industry, business and community - to protect Australian lives, our environment and create a safer future for our kids.
Our mission: To be a courageous catalyst propelling Australia towards bold, effective action to slash emissions during the 2020s and reach net zero by 2035.
