The Role
This is a commercially accountable Senior Ecommerce Manager role with ownership of the global digital P&L. Reporting to the GM, Global Marketing based in LA, you will drive profitable growth across traffic, conversion, retention and AOV, leading trading strategy and performance across regions. You will manage one direct report in Melbourne as well as agency partners, while driving cross functional team collaboration. This is a role for someone who can combine commercial discipline with creative thinking and hands on execution.

The Role
This is a commercially accountable Senior Ecommerce Manager role with ownership of the global digital P&L. Core Responsibilities
- Own global ecommerce revenue and digital P&L across AU, US, UK and Canada.
- Lead the global trading calendar, promotional strategy and monthly revenue cadence, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Drive short and long range forecasting, including 6 month planning and FY27 growth modelling.
- Identify and activate market specific growth levers across acquisition, conversion, retention and AOV rather than repeating prior year plans.
- Partner with paid media and SEO agencies to optimise ROAS, channel mix and spend allocation, improving traffic quality and incremental growth.
- Own onsite performance including CRO roadmap, UX optimisation, merchandising strategy, bundles, cross sell and checkout improvements to increase CVR and AOV.
- Lead CRM and lifecycle strategy in Klaviyo, strengthening retention, improving database health, elevating loyalty and increasing LTV through intelligent segmentation and personalisation.
- Manage Shopify backend execution, agency briefs and development priorities, ensuring global consistency with appropriate local nuance.
- Oversee regional product launches and campaign rollouts across DTC markets, aligning marketing, trading and operational execution.
- Deliver weekly performance insights, act quickly when results shift and lead the team with clarity, composure and commercial focus during peak trading periods.
Key Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years in ecommerce, ideally within beauty, lifestyle or premium DTC
- Proven ownership of a trading calendar and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and commercial drivers
- Confident working with data and accountable for results
- Strategic but genuinely hands on
- Comfortable collaborating across regions and time zones
