The Business
I am partnering with a highly successful retail ecommerce business, TWO SVGE, with a strong reputation for commercial creativity, brand-led growth, and innovative partnerships. This is a dynamic, fast growing business with ambitious plans to scale through strategic collaborations, licensing opportunities, and high value commercial partnerships. TWO SVGE is a brand that values entrepreneurial thinking, strong relationships, and commercially smart brand building. You’ll be working closely with the founders in a high trust, fast moving environment where partnership strategy is a core driver of business growth and brand reach.
The Role
This is a senior commercial and strategic role where you will own and scale partnerships and business development as a key growth lever for TWO SVGE. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, negotiating, and managing high impact partnerships including brand collaborations, licensing deals, ambassador programs, wholesale opportunities, and strategic commercial alliances. This role suits someone who loves both strategy and execution. You will shape partnership strategy while also actively driving deal sourcing, negotiations, and commercial delivery.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead all major partnerships end to end including licensing, brand collaborations, ambassador partnerships, and strategic commercial relationships
- Proactively source new partnership opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry relationship building
- Negotiate commercial terms, value exchange models, and partnership structures that drive mutual business growth
- Manage contracts, execution, and ongoing partner relationships through to renewal and optimisation
- Partner closely with the founders to shape partnership strategy, priorities, and growth opportunities
- Identify and develop strategic wholesale and in store partnership opportunities aligned to brand strategy
- Provide strategic oversight and structure to the influencer partnerships function, helping drive performance and scale across micro influencer activity
- Maintain a strong, high quality pipeline of partnership opportunities that supports ongoing commercial growth
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, influencer programs and business development
- Strong commercial negotiation and deal structuring experience
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution and relationship management
- Track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through partnerships
- Experience within retail, ecommerce, consumer, lifestyle, or brand led businesses is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Leadership experience, particularly mentoring or guiding team members (1 direct report)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced growth environment
