About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of specialised commercial construction projects across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Sales, Design, and Construction teams, you’ll coordinate project planning, procurement, installation tracking, and contract administration. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements, while also supporting annual maintenance programmes across completed projects. This is a fully remote role, offering autonomy and the chance to work on technically complex, high-profile façade and roofing projects.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of specialised commercial construction projects across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Sales, Design, and Construction teams, you’ll coordinate project planning, procurement, installation tracking, and contract administration. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements, while also supporting annual maintenance programmes across completed projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales during tender stage: coordinate suppliers, architects, and clients.
- Prepare indicative design, supply, and installation programmes.
- Estimate installation hours for tender submissions.
- Review drawings and specifications for ETFE projects.
- Track technical submissions, approvals, and RFIs.
- Liaise with Design and Construction teams to align with master programmes.
- Confirm constructability and feasibility of design details prior to site delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: SWMS, ITPs, sample approvals, programmes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, procurement, deliveries, and labour coordination.
- Track progress, installation hours, costs, variations, extensions of time, and additional works.
- Submit progress claims and provide structured reporting to local and overseas management.
- Coordinate annual maintenance across completed projects, preparing agreements and managing invoicing.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Project Management experience in construction or specialist subcontracting.
- Background in steel, glass, façades, roofing, or complex building systems essential.
- Strong understanding of supply chain coordination, particularly for multi-component projects.
- Experience managing programmes, budgets, and installation hours.
- Confident working across design, procurement, construction, and contract administration.
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts, including variations, extensions of time, and progress claims.
- Experience preparing and managing project documentation and quality records.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Comfortable working directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
