About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded National Account Manager to take ownership of a growing Food Service portfolio across Petrol & Convenience, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). You will be responsible for managing and developing a mix of established and emerging accounts, driving distribution, executing joint business plans, and unlocking new business opportunities.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering channel growth through strong customer engagement, effective promotional planning, and data-led decision making. Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in a National Account Manager role within FMCG or Food Service
- Strong understanding of the Petrol & Convenience and/or QSR channels, with exposure to route-to-market and distributor networks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts, delivering against revenue, distribution, and profitability targets
- Experience developing and executing joint business plans and customer strategies
- Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical capability, including forecasting, trade spend management, and promotional planning
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Proven track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities
