SHORT SUMMARY
This newly created role exists to take ownership of the company’s digital strategy and help scale the next phase of online growth.
As Head of Digital Commerce, you will lead the performance of the organisation’s eCommerce channels across ANZ. Digital is already one of the fastest-growing areas of the business, and this role will focus on acquisition of new customers, building stronger trading rhythms, improving conversion and customer value, and ensuring the right commercial levers are in place to continue scaling online revenue and presence.
Reporting to the Digital Commerce & Growth Director, you will operate as their second-in-command and work closely with internal divisions to ensure digital channels are performing as a strong commercial engine for the business.
This role suits a senior digital leader who understands how online businesses scale, someone comfortable balancing strategy with execution, who can identify where growth is coming from, optimise the right channels and build the internal capability needed to scale.

WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY
The Head of Digital Commerce will be responsible for the commercial performance of the organisation’s online channels.
You will oversee both DTC and B2B eCommerce platforms, ensuring the right trading rhythm, performance metrics, acqusition and optimisation strategies are in place to drive consistent growth.
A key part of the role is improving how the business manages digital performance. This includes building stronger reporting, refining acquisition and retention strategies, and ensuring the right balance between customer acquisition, lifetime value and profitability.
You will also work closely with the internal divisions to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with broader business priorities to continue improving the digital experience.
Internally, you will lead a high performing digital team and play an important role in developing their capability across the broader organisation, helping teams better understand the commercial drivers of online growth through acquisition, conversion, subscriptions and retention.

- Senior experience leading digital commerce or eCommerce functions within a consumer or retail environment across B2B and DTC.
- A strong understanding of how online businesses grow, including acquisition, conversion and retention
- Experience managing performance marketing, digital trading and eCommerce optimisation
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking, particularly around CAC, LTV and contribution
- The ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- A collaborative leadership style and experience working across multiple internal teams
