Our client is a health and wellness business dedicated to helping people live happier, healthier lives through trusted nutritional products. 

About the role
This role has the responsibility for developing and implementing clear category, channel and customer execution strategies for the retail business.  You will be responsible for translating insights and facts into effective and actionable category, education and activation plans.   You will lead the category strategy, customer marketing and RGM functions of the organisation.

About You
  • 5+ Years experience in category and customer marketing (ideally in health-related categories)
  • Demonstrated well-developed financial and commercial competencies and acumen
  • Category product knowledge and a minimum of 5+ years commercial experience in a customer facing Category, Senior Account or Shopper Insights management role within the FMCG sector
  • Strong category leadership in the development of Point of Purchase Strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to turn insights and facts into a shopper focused plan
