About the role
Reporting to the executive leadership team, you’ll build and convert a pipeline of high‑value, multi‑year managed service partnerships, often +$20m in scope and involving global C‑suite stakeholders. The remit is to evolve growth from inbound, reputation‑led activity into a structured, insight‑driven acquisition strategy that drives measurable commercial outcomes.
 
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target high‑potential global consumer and retail brands.
  • Lead prospecting, discovery, and business case development with senior decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with internal functional leads to design solutions, structure deals, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Oversee transition from acquisition to operational delivery, ensuring stability and expansion readiness.
  • Stay connected with key accounts to identify further growth and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Feed back market insight and competitive intelligence to refine go‑to‑market strategy.
This is a newly created role reporting directly inot the CEO and has national responsibilities focused on developing and generating business revenue across the ANZ region for global brands.
 
Ideal background
  • Demonstrated success selling complex managed services or enterprise solutions to large corporate clients.
  • Experience engaging with global brand owners, consumer goods, or retail decision‑makers at C‑suite or VP level.
  • Strong commercial and financial literacy, with confidence negotiating long‑term, high‑value agreements.
  • Strategic, hands‑on mindset — comfortable balancing pursuit strategy with execution detail.
  • Collaborative style with the ability to navigate and influence within sophisticated client and internal stakeholder environments
