About the role
This position is all about building momentum—turning a solid base of customers and product credibility into sustained enterprise growth. You’ll manage a blend of inbound opportunities and targeted outbound pursuits, selling complex, high‑value software solutions to enterprise customers across sectors like security, logistics, retail and facilities management. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape your own go‑to‑market strategy, identify new verticals and help drive the subscription‑based growth model forward.
 
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Develop commercial opportunities across both existing and adjacent industries.
  • Balance inbound leads with targeted outbound activity and account planning.
  • Work collaboratively with product, marketing and customer success to ensure smooth implementation and retention.
  • Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and operational decision‑makers.
  • Contribute to the ongoing SaaS transition and help refine pricing and deal structures.

Ideal background
  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS or complex software sales.
  • Experience working with monitoring, security or operations‑focused technology is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
  • Strong commercial instincts with an ability to shape opportunities independently.
  • Energetic, curious and at ease operating in a scale‑up environment.
