Technical Lead – Large-Scale Digital Transformation Program -D365

A leading organisation in the consumer and manufacturing sector is embarking on one of the most significant technology modernisation programs in the region — a complete overhaul of legacy platforms, systems, data structures and digital capability. This is a multi‑year, greenfield transformation that touches every aspect of the business.
To support this strategic uplift, we are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide technical decision‑making across a modern Microsoft technology stack and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-wide digital platforms.

The Role: Tech Lead
The Tech Lead will be the primary technical authority across the D365 and cloud ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor to program leadership and ensuring robust architectural alignment across platforms, integrations and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design and solution governance across the D365 suite, with emphasis on CRM and commerce.
  • Influence architecture across cloud, data, integration, and edge systems.
  • Partner with delivery leads, data teams, SI partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide decision-making, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the program delivers value, not just platform deployments.
  • Support the simplification of data structures and new enterprise data models.
  • Bring strong technical leadership to a complex, conservative environment undergoing cultural change.
 
About You
You are a senior technologist with deep hands‑on and architectural experience across:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (end-to-end ecosystem, including CRM & commerce)
  • Large-scale implementations in retail, consumer, or similar environments
  • Cloud integrations in modern data and application landscapes
  • The ability to influence, challenge thinking, and drive clarity in environments resistant to change
You thrive in ambiguous, enterprise-scale work and are comfortable leading through complexity.
