We’re partnering with an emerging, globally backed brand as they establish and expand their presence in the Australian market — a rare opportunity to take a true challenger brand and scale it across major retail channels. This is a high-impact, front-line commercial role for a hands-on leader who thrives in build-from-scratch environments, where strategy and execution go hand in hand. About the Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will take full ownership of key national retail partnerships across the major electrical channel, including driving ranging, distribution, and best-in-class in-store execution. You will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing challenger brand, collaborating closely with global stakeholders while setting the direction for the Australian commercial agenda. With a clear focus on growth, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market presence, increase revenue, and strengthen the brand’s positioning within highly competitive retail environments. This role is perfect for a proactive, entrepreneurial leader who thrives on shaping strategy, driving results, and making a visible impact from day one.
Skills & experience
You are currently operating as a Senior National Account Manager or Business Manager, with extensive experience in home appliances or broader consumer electronics categories. You bring at least 5+ years of proven retail sales experience and a strong track record managing major national accounts such as JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, and/or Harvey Norman. You have a deep understanding of retail dynamics and category management, and are highly skilled at influencing senior buyers to drive results. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, competitive environments, you combine commercial acumen with a practical, hands-on approach, consistently delivering growth and building strong, long-term partnerships that create measurable business impact.
