THE OPPORTUNTY
We’re seeking a commercially driven, data-led Chief Marketing Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead global growth across brand, digital, eCommerce, and marketplaces.
This is a rare opportunity to not only scale a high-performing marketing engine, but to shape the identity of a brand with genuine purpose building deep customer connection, loyalty, and advocacy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Own and deliver the global marketing and digital strategy aligned to commercial and brand objectives
- Contribute at the executive level across business strategy, product, and customer experience
- Build and lead a high-performance, accountable, and experimental marketing function
- Define and report on marketing performance, translating data into actionable insights
Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own global eCommerce revenue targets and marketing P&L
- Develop and execute a 3-year global growth roadmap
- Drive acquisition, retention, and international expansion
- Optimise channel mix and overall efficiency
Brand & Positioning
- Define and evolve the global brand positioning and identity
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and content
- Create culturally relevant moments, partnerships, and activations
- Build a brand that customers connect with and advocate for
Performance, Marketplaces & Digital
- Lead paid media strategy across key platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Affiliates)
- Drive marketplace growth including Amazon and international platforms
- Partner cross-functionally to improve UX/UI, CRO, SEO, and digital experience
- Build best-in-class analytics, attribution, and marketing technology capability
Retention & Customer Lifecycle
- Own CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing
- Drive repeat purchase, engagement, and long-term customer value
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 15+ years' marketing experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record commercially scaling DTC ecommerce brands
- Experience leading all functions across brand marketing, digital and ecommerce
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on eCommerce growth experience
- A balance of creative thinking and analytical rigour
- Founder led and/or SME business experience
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional data literacy and decision-making capability
- Exposure to international markets and cross-border eCommerce
- Background in apparel, lifestyle or wellness categories
