About The Role
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Viktoria & Woods’ overarching brand and product positioning strategy. This role acts as the central connector across brand, digital, and creative, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience across all touchpoints.
This is a hands-on strategic position, responsible for leading end-to-end campaign development, driving brand storytelling, and embedding structure and consistency across the marketing function. Reporting directly to the Founder & Creative Director, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen brand equity, and support long-term growth.

About The Role

This is a hands-on strategic position, responsible for leading end-to-end campaign development, driving brand storytelling, and embedding structure and consistency across the marketing function. Reporting directly to the Founder & Creative Director, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen brand equity, and support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the overarching brand marketing strategy
- Own the end-to-end campaign and retail calendar, from concept through to execution and analysis
- Drive brand and product positioning, including hero product strategy and seasonal narratives
- Oversee all campaign delivery across digital, retail, PR, and events
- Lead PR strategy, brand partnerships, events, and activations to elevate brand awareness
- Develop and implement structured marketing frameworks, processes, and planning tools
- Manage and mentor a small team, while remaining hands-on across key initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure alignment
- Manage external agency and partner relationships to deliver best-in-class outcomes
- Leverage insights, performance data, and market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in brand marketing within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle environments
- Strong capability across brand and product positioning, with a refined creative sensibility
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated campaigns from strategy through to execution
- Experience introducing structure, frameworks, and scalable marketing processes
- Exposure to brand partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagement
- Previous experience leading and developing junior team members
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creativity and performance
- Comfortable operating in a founder-led environment, with a collaborative and adaptable approach
