About the Role
This newly scoped Marketing Coordinator role is designed to deliver creative, well-organised marketing initiatives that align with both head office priorities and on-the-ground park-level activity. It offers end-to-end ownership of BIG4’s flagship Holiday Guide—both print and digital—as well as the coordination of in-park activations that bring the brand to life for guests. The role also supports national campaigns and partnerships, while managing internal communications across intranet updates, park marketing emails, and stakeholder engagement. It’s a broad and varied opportunity that would suit someone organised, creative and curious—an all-rounder with initiative and energy, ready to take ownership and grow with the business.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the annual Holiday Guide publication, including briefing, management of timelines and delivery on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with the BIG4 brand and business objectives.
- Support a calendar of seasonal In-Park Activations that enhance guest experiences in BIG4 Parks
- Work closely with the Park Success Coordinator on the roll out of the park activations, including developing ideas and supporting costs to delivery activations that align with the assigned In-Park activation budget
- Support Campaign Lead & Partnerships Lead to deliver BIG4 and/or BIG4 x Partner campaigns, including but not limited to; creating Landing Pages and banners for the website, scheduling website activity, sourcing visual assets, reporting.
- Provide support to the Marketing team during seasonal campaigns and promotions as and when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across a broad marketing team and wider stakeholder groups
- Strong project and stakeholder management capability, with experience coordinating multiple workstreams
- High attention to detail, paired with a proactive, positive and solutions-focused attitude
- A self-starter with strong initiative, who is comfortable working with autonomy and pace
- Ability to quickly understand team dynamics, priorities and expectations, and adapt accordingly
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g. retail, tourism, agency or similar)
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker who is confident using Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools to support marketing outputs and presentations
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across multiple teams and departments
