About the role:
 
The Head of Growth will be responsible for owning sales and account management across different business segments. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership alongside the CFO, Head of Customer Experience, Head of Operations, and Head of Software Development, this role is critical to accelerating further growth and market expansion. Key responsibilities include driving growth in the housing segment, optimising core systems and client account management in real estate and leading a team of approximately 10-12 business development and account management professionals.
 
Immediate priorities include enhancing engagement with the SME channel clients and refining telephone account management strategies. The role will also spearhead interstate market expansion into Sydney and Brisbane, building on a strong Victorian presence. This is a strategic leadership position focused on driving significant commercial outcomes and operational excellence.
 
Skills & Experience:
 
The ideal candidate will be an action-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of activating people in a sales context across different business channels - SME & Midmarket. A tertiary degree (business or commerce) is preferred, demonstrating capability, staying power, and resilience. Residential property channel experience would advantageous however our client is also open to candidates who have led and scaled sales teams across the B2B trade services space. The successful candidate must possess strong strategic thinking skills, the ability to drive actions, and expertise in reverse-engineering objectives from operational data to identify and address issues like churn. Strong cultural alignment, enthusiasm, and a keen desire to learn are essential.
