From a well established local footprint, they supply nationally across multiple channels and have actively invested heavily to support their commercial growth agenda. As they build on their manufacturing capability, this newly created role exists to drive rigour, cadence and cosistency around key production KPIs and foster training through frontline leaders.
About the role
Newly created bridging the gap between frontline supervisors and the site leader, this role is designed to drive operational capability, foster development of the frontline supervisory team and support ownership of CI, safety and workforce development. You'll be close to the coalface with the production team, while stepping back to drive performance, process improvement and accountability across a multi-shift environment.

What we are looking for
- Experience within a production supervisors, shift manager or similar role within manufacturing. Food/FMCG preferred, yet we may consider other manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and motivate teams
- Data-drive mindset, exposure to CI/Lean principles and the ability to coach this through the workforce
- Strong cross-functional skills, ability to influence outside of your team
