We are partnering exclusively with a leading Australian manufacturer to appoint a Manufacturing Manager to lead a critical production function within a high-volume processing environment.

This role is responsible for driving operational performance across safety, quality, output, and cost, while leading and developing a team of supervisors and production staff. You’ll play a key role in optimising throughput, improving efficiency, and embedding a strong continuous improvement culture.

Key focus areas:
  • End-to-end manufacturing leadership across a large processing operation
  • Driving performance across throughput, yield, labour and cost
  • Building capability across frontline leadership teams
  • Leading continuous improvement and operational initiatives
  • Ensuring strong safety, quality and compliance standards
About you:
  • Proven leadership experience in food/FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
  • 5+ years' experience at the Production / Operations leadership level 
  • Strong operational and people leadership capability
  • Track record of improving performance and driving change
