Not every marketing role lets you directly move revenue. This one does.

I’m working on a Performance Marketing Manager or Performance Marketing Lead opportunity with a multi location business that has already built a strong acquisition engine. The foundations are there. The focus now is consistency, ownership and performance.

This is a hands on role for someone who wants to be in the platforms, not sitting above them.

The role
  • Own day to day performance across paid channels, primarily Meta
  • Manage campaigns end to end from setup through to optimisation and scaling
  • Work closely with a Google Ads specialist to align strategy and performance
  • Coordinate with a web developer on landing page updates and conversion improvements
  • Manage campaign performance across multiple locations, ensuring balanced lead flow
  • Oversee CRM and email activity, including automations and campaign scheduling
  • Deploy and optimise existing content across paid channels and web
  • Track and report on key metrics such as cost per acquisition and performance by location
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and overall output
What success looks like
  • You take full ownership of the performance engine within the first few months
  • Campaigns are running consistently without constant founder input
  • Lead flow is stable or improving across all locations
  • Decisions are being made based on data, not guesswork
Ideal profile
  • Strong hands on performance marketing experience
  • Confident running Meta Ads Manager at a high level
  • Comfortable collaborating across Google Ads, web and CRM
  • Data literate and commercially minded
  • Experience in multi location or service based businesses is a strong plus
  • Self sufficient but communicative, you can run your lane without going off grid

  • Remote first role, Australia based
  • Business operates out of Bathurst
  • Salary around 109k plus super
