Six Degrees is partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit an AO3 Administration Officer.

• Approx. $51.12/hr + super
• Brisbane CBD location
• Contract through to 31 December 2026
• Hybrid flexibility available
This Queensland Government team supports workers’ compensation, compliance activities and services across the scheme.
The team works closely with internal stakeholders, insurers, rehabilitation providers and external business partners to support rehabilitation and return to work outcomes across Queensland.
As the Administration Officer, you will:
To be successful, you will demonstrate previous administration experience within a professional office environment along with strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. Experience within Queensland Government, workers compensation, insurance, rehabilitation or regulatory environments will be highly regarded. Candidates should also be confident using systems including Outlook, spreadsheets, databases and electronic records management systems.

- Manage shared inboxes and phone enquiries
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions and travel bookings
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and workshops
- Maintain registers, documentation and publication records
- Support records management and data integrity requirements
- Assist with training coordination and reporting activities
