Our client is a high-growth B2B SaaS business operating at the intersection of AI, workflow automation and enterprise compliance technology. They have built a category-defining platform that helps large organisations automate complex, high-volume work, reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.  Trusted by leading global enterprise brands including Coca-Cola, Nike and Woolworths, the business has established a strong foothold in enterprise software and is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

Following significant investment across product innovation, AI capability and go-to-market infrastructure, the business has rebuilt much of its commercial engine and is now making its first dedicated full-time marketing hire into a function designed around AI-enabled leverage.  The business operates with a genuine AI-first mindset, using proprietary tooling and connected AI workflows across campaign execution, content, optimisation and performance.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the COO, this role represents a foundational hire and an important next step following broader investment across product, revenue operations and AI capability. With the core demand generation infrastructure in place, the focus now is bringing in a high-calibre operator to own, optimise and scale the engine.  This role sits within a genuinely AI-first operating environment, where AI is treated as foundational infrastructure. The successful candidate will work with proprietary tooling and internal MCPs connected to platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, helping drive growth while contributing to how AI agents and automations are orchestrated, governed and continuously improved.  With a commercial mandate to grow marketing-sourced pipeline, this is a hands-on role suited to someone excited by building within a modern, experimental growth environment.

Key Responsibilities 

AI, Martech and Experimentation
  • Build and refine AI-enabled workflows across campaign execution, reporting, optimisation and content production
  • Operate and improve AI-powered workflows and internal tooling used across acquisition programs
  • Help orchestrate, govern and validate AI agents within marketing workflows, including managing performance and budget controls
  • Establish repeatable experimentation frameworks, testing hypotheses and translating learnings into measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Support SEO and emerging AEO initiatives through AI-assisted content generation and optimisation
Demand Generation and Performance Marketing
  • Own and optimise paid demand generation initiatives across acquisition, retention and expansion programs
  • Drive performance across paid search, LinkedIn, nurture and retargeting programs
  • Analyse and optimise key commercial metrics including CPA, CAC, conversion and pipeline contribution
  • Manage attribution and reporting with a strong focus on commercial outcomes
Content, Pipeline and Growth Programs
  • Support thought leadership amplification and lead generation programs, including a strong webinar engine
  • Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel distribution programs
  • Develop programs supporting customer expansion and retention opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and product stakeholders to support growth objectives
Candidate Profile

We are seeking a hands-on growth marketer with strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated interest in applying AI within modern marketing practice.  The successful candidate will bring:
  • Experience across growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing within B2B SaaS, technology or agency-led environments
  • Practical exposure to AI tools, automation or martech, alongside a genuine appetite to deepen capability in this area
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, performance measurement and revenue contribution
  • Broad capability across paid media, content, lifecycle marketing and martech
  • A test-and-learn mindset, intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in a fast-moving, highly iterative environment
  • A hands-on, on-the-tools approach, this is a builder role, not a pure strategy remit
Exposure to platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google and LinkedIn will be advantageous.
