About the role(s)
Opportunities would exist working across Night Shift (rotating roster, 4 on 2 off) and a newly created Afternoon role (Monday-Friday 2-10PM). These opportunities would have a couple of direct reports at supervisory level, and indirects across a fairly sizeable production workforce. Key focus areas of the role would be 
  • Driving ownership of key production outcomes - safety, quality, adherance to schedule 
  • People development and mentoring - identification of future leadership talent, crosstraining, championing CI 
  • Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholder across Planning, Quality, Safety, Innovation/R&D

What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience across food, consumer goods, packaging, pharmaceutical etc. 
  • Strong leadership capability, ability to build teams, drive results and embrace change 
  • Good cross-functional communication, can effectively interface across the org chart
