About the role
This role sits within the Personal Care division and reports into the Business Manager. It’s a genuine blend of new business and account management, with a strong lean toward growth.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers while actively going out to win new business, particularly across Australia and New Zealand. There’s a noticeable gap in key markets, including Melbourne and Queensland, so there’s plenty of room to make your mark.

It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships from scratch, spotting opportunity, and working closely with internal teams to bring new products to life.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business across personal care, targeting both established and emerging brands
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, increasing share of wallet over time
  • Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and market engagement
  • Work closely with R&D and NPD teams to position formulation and innovation capability
  • Partner with operations, supply chain and quality to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay close to market trends, competitors and customer needs within the personal care space
  • Contribute to the broader growth strategy of the division
Ideal background
  • Background in contract manufacturing within personal care, with existing industry relationships
  • Experience working for a personal care brand, particularly where you’ve been close to manufacturing or product development
  • Exposure to adjacent sectors such as specialty ingredients, fragrances or chemicals, paired with a strong new business focus
More broadly, you’ll bring a commercial mindset, enjoy the chase when it comes to new business, and know how to build trust with customers. You’re someone who can sell more than just a product, you can bring a concept to life and guide it through to delivery.
