Our client is a leading international confectionery manufacturer, headquartered in Europe, and has a strong presence across multiple markets. Its Australian operations have achieved rapid distribution and enviable growth over the past decade, built on long-standing retailer partnerships.

About the role
The National Business Manager is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies across Coles & Kmart to deliver sustainable revenue & volume growth, managing profitable margin improvements and trade investment. This role owns the end-to-end customer interface and is accountable for Joint Business Planning, promotional strategy, financial performance, ranging and distribution growth.

About You
You have:
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, trade investment and delivering profitable growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to analyse market data and category insights to develop effective business and customer strategies.
  • Strategic thinker, proactive and entrepreneurial with strong business acumen and focus on sustainable and new growth opportunities.
  • High attention to detail with disciplined planning and forecasting capability.
