We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation operating within a manufacturing / processing environment.  This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad, high-impact leadership role during a period of transformation.

This role will see you take ownership of end-to-end operations across a developing network, including manufacturing, logistics, and HSEQ. You’ll play a key role in translating strategy into execution – building structure, embedding process and driving performance across a complex stakeholder landscape.

The opportunity
  • Lead and optimise a multi-faceted operations function spanning manufacturing, engineering, logistics and suppliers
  • Build and embed scalable processes, systems and governance frameworks
  • Drive performance across safety, quality, cost and delivery metrics
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improved operational outcomes
  • Lead and develop a team while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of cost centres, budgets and operational efficiency
This is a role with genuine scope – balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a business that is still building its operating maturity.

About you
  • Relevant manufacturing industry experience - across industrial, process, FMCG or related industies 
  • 5+ years' experience at the Operations leadership level. 
  • A strong process mindset with the ability to bring clarity and discipline to evolving operations
  • Comfortable managing both upwards and downwards – able to influence senior stakeholders while staying close to the frontline
  • A visible, hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving capability
Industry background is flexible – what matters most is your ability to build, lead and improve operational environments.
