About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the brand’s evolution across digital, social, and content channels. Sitting at the intersection of brand and performance, you’ll be responsible for shaping how the brand connects with its audience and drives engagement, traffic, and conversion across DTC platforms. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll lead channel strategy, content direction, and campaign execution, ensuring all activity is both culturally relevant and commercially effective.
You’ll work closely with digital and eCommerce teams to align brand storytelling with performance outcomes, while also leading a small internal team across content and creative.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital marketing and social media strategy aligned to business and brand objectives
- Own the content and social calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all platform
- Lead the creation of engaging, platform-native content across sport, lifestyle, and culture
- Evolve social media from a product-led approach to more story-driven, community-focused conten
- Translate product drops, campaigns, and cultural moments into impactful digital activation
- Drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across DTC channel
- Collaborate with digital and eCommerce teams to support paid media performance and website experience
- Oversee the delivery of digital assets including EDMs, web content, and campaign material
- Support influencer and ambassador activity, focusing on authenticity and brand alignment
- Track, analyse, and report on performance, using insights to continuously optimise campaigns and content
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
About You
You’re a brand-led marketer with strong digital instincts, who understands how to build relevance and drive commercial outcomes through content and community. You're also someone who understands culture and trends, and also knows how to turn that into results.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, digital, or social media roles
- Experience within fashion, lifestyle, sport, or culturally driven brands (preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel content and social strategies
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and how to drive engagement
- Experience translating brand activity into commercial impact (traffic, conversion, growth)
- Exposure to influencer or community-led marketing
- A balance of creative thinking and commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to move quickly and take ownership
