About the role
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for sales and marketing across the Australian business, where you will lead a national team and help guide the next stage of commercial growth by bringing structure, clarity and momentum to the way the business goes to market. The focus is on strengthening commercial performance, lifting capability across the team and building on the company’s strong technical foundations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys leading from the front, balancing strategy with hands-on execution, and working closely with specialist teams to create stronger customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
You’ll bring a solid mix of technical understanding and commercial leadership. This role suits someone who is confident in a specialist B2B environment and enjoys selling solutions that create real customer value.
Experience in areas such as analytical instrumentation, lab equipment, chemical analysis or other technical sales environments will be highly regarded. Equally important is your ability to lead people well, create alignment and help teams lift their commercial focus in a practical, respectful way.
You’ll be comfortable working with CRM systems, using data to guide decisions, and translating strategy into clear action. A considered leadership style, strong commercial judgement and a genuine interest in long-term outcomes will all matter here.
