About the Role
As Events, Activation & Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life through community activations, partnerships, and franchise-led events across the APAC network.
Sitting within the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing events and activations that drive brand awareness, local engagement, and lead generation, while also supporting franchisees with scalable tools, resources, and partnership opportunities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves both the creative and operational side of events — equally comfortable brainstorming activation ideas as they are managing timelines, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.

- Coordinating end-to-end delivery of community events, activations, and partnerships
- Supporting franchisees with local event planning and community engagement initiatives
- Building scalable activation playbooks, templates, and toolkits
- Managing timelines, logistics, briefing processes, and stakeholder communication
- Identifying and developing partnership opportunities aligned to the brand
- Coordinating creative assets and activation collateral with the broader marketing team
- Tracking and reporting on event performance, lead generation, and engagement outcomes
- Managing workflows and project visibility through Monday.com
- Supporting the evolution of the brand experience beyond paid digital marketing channels
About You
You are a highly organised and culturally aware coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments. You love bringing ideas to life, have a strong eye for trends and community engagement, and are equally passionate about execution and experience. You’ll bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience across events, activations, experiential, partnerships, or community marketing
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability
- Experience managing multiple moving parts and competing deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a bias for action
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across internal and external stakeholders
- A commercially minded approach to events and activations
- An interest in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or culturally driven brands
- Experience within franchise, multi-site, hospitality, wellness, agency, or consumer brand environments highly regarded
