Six Degrees is partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit AO5 Lease Managers.

This opportunity sits within a central government accommodation function responsible for managing leased office assets across the state.

You will join a specialist leasing team supporting the delivery of accommodation solutions and management of a commercial property portfolio.

As the Lease Manager, you will:
  • Negotiate and manage commercial leases across a portfolio
  • Provide lease management advice to internal stakeholders
  • Support delivery of leasing and accommodation projects
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports and executive correspondence
  • Analyse market conditions and contribute to strategy
  • Build relationships across government and industry stakeholders
Selection Criteria:
We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in commercial leasing, lease negotiation, and portfolio management. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential. Experience within government or large portfolio environments is highly regarded.
