As July continues to invest in its international presence, an opportunity has arisen for a Global Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of the brand's global expansion.
THE ROLE
The Global Marketing Manager will lead international brand growth across key markets including the US, UK, Asia, UAE and New Zealand, with the US being the primary focus. Reporting into The Marketing Director, this role will drive global marketing initiatives, manage key distributor and retail relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure consistent brand execution across all international markets.

THE ROLE
The Global Marketing Manager will lead international brand growth across key markets including the US, UK, Asia, UAE and New Zealand, with the US being the primary focus. Reporting into The Marketing Director, this role will drive global marketing initiatives, manage key distributor and retail relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure consistent brand execution across all international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute market-specific marketing strategies aligned to the global brand.
- Lead integrated campaigns across priority international markets.
- Partner with distributors, retailers and internal teams to deliver consistent brand execution.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities and optimise activity based on market insights.
- Own relationships with key international distributors and retail partners.
- Lead joint marketing plans, launches and activation calendars.
- Align brand initiatives with commercial objectives and market needs.
- Ensure best-in-class execution across all partner touchpoints.
- Develop marketing toolkits, launch assets and brand guidelines.
- Support partner training and brand education initiatives.
- Oversee retail marketing execution including POS, VM and local activations.
- Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships across key markets.
- Manage agency, PR, influencer and partner relationships.
- Develop activation plans that drive brand awareness and commercial outcomes.
- Lead international events, activations and brand experiences.
- Coordinate content creation across key markets.
- Ensure all brand touchpoints reflect July's premium positioning.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a commercially minded marketer who thrives in founder-led, high-growth environments and has experience scaling Australian brands internationally.
- 4+ years' experience in global brand marketing with exposure to international market expansion.
- Experience living or working overseas, with US market experience highly regarded.
- Proven success across partnerships, PR, influencer marketing, events and local market activations.
- Strong agency and stakeholder management experience.
- Retail marketing experience working with international retail and wholesale partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance brand and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling and content.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
