Reporting into the Associate Director of Marketing, you will take ownership of a key product within a high-profile portfolio, working across both strategy and execution to drive commercial success, deliver impactful marketing initiatives and engage stakeholders across local and global teams.

About the Role

As Lead Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in developing and executing brand strategy, delivering integrated marketing programs and ensuring excellence in go-to-market execution across the portfolio.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, business development and global stakeholders, you will help shape strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Contributing to brand strategy and portfolio planning
  • Developing and executing integrated go-to-market initiatives
  • Translating complex scientific and clinical information into compelling customer and patient-focused messaging
  • Driving stakeholder engagement across local and global teams
  • Delivering marketing campaigns and activities that support business growth objectives
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities
  • Identifying market opportunities through customer, competitor and market insights
  • Leveraging data, analytics and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness
 
About You
You are a high-performing marketer with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

You will bring:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare, OTC/S3 or a related industry
  • Proven success managing brands, portfolios or major commercial initiatives (particularly in primary care), with a track record in product launch or major product repositioning
  • Strong strategic marketing capability combined with excellent execution skills
  • A solid understanding of the Australian healthcare environment, including prescription and PBS-funded products
  • The ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery
  • A practical application and/or a curiosity to embed AI across areas such as customer insights, research, brand planning, campaign development and marketing effectiveness
