Overseeing a portfolio generating approximately $3M in annual revenue, you will be responsible for leading operational performance, developing customer relationships, driving workforce engagement and identifying opportunities to expand the business throughout the region.

This is far more than a traditional operational management position.

We are seeking a commercially minded leader who enjoys building teams, strengthening customer partnerships and growing a business. You will be given the autonomy to make decisions, influence outcomes and help shape the future direction of the region.

  • Support event-based operations and large-scale service delivery activities
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts and secure new business
  • Foster a positive, high-performing and customer-focused culture

To Be Considered for This Role, You Will Need to Demonstrate

  • Experience managing large blue-collar workforces across multiple locations
  • Strong commercial acumen with previous responsibility for budgets, profitability and P&L performance
  • A track record of improving operational performance and driving business outcomes
  • Experience managing customer relationships and retaining key accounts
  • The ability to balance people leadership, operational execution and commercial objectives
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Customer obsessed and service driven
  • A natural leader who enjoys building strong, engaged teams

  • Highly accountable and willing to take ownership
  • Visible, hands-on and comfortable leading from the front
  • Focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity where they can genuinely build something
While experience within cleaning, facilities management or outsourced services will be highly regarded, we are equally interested in speaking with candidates from security, waste management, workforce services, logistics, field services or other service-driven operational environments.

Why Join?
  • Opportunity to lead and grow a significant regional operation
  • Join a well-established national organisation with ambitious growth plans
  • Work within a business that values customer service, culture and leadership
  • Enjoy genuine autonomy and the ability to influence outcomes
