About the role
This is a senior, customer-facing role centred on selling complex capital equipment into global mining operations and guiding opportunities through long, multi-stage investment cycles. You will engage directly with Mine Owners, Operators and technical stakeholders, leading early-stage discussions through to commercial outcomes. The role requires a strong grasp of how capital equipment is evaluated, justified and deployed within processing environments, with sales cycles often extending across feasibility, engineering and internal approval phases.

Working closely with the CEO, you will take ownership of pipeline development, market engagement and front-end commercial activity. You will play a key role in building momentum across global markets while supporting the progression of high-value opportunities.

Duties & key responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with mining operators, owners and technical stakeholders involved in plant and processing decisions
  • Build and maintain a global pipeline of capital equipment opportunities across priority mining regions
  • Lead front-end engagement, including site-based discussions, technical positioning and early-stage solution alignment
  • Support feasibility, engineering review and evaluation processes alongside internal technical teams
  • Drive commercial negotiations, including contract structure, pricing and deal terms prior to final agreement
  • Strengthen market awareness and positioning within capital equipment and ore processing segments
  • Provide ongoing market insight to inform product direction and commercial strategy

Ideal background:
  • Experience selling capital equipment or engineered solutions into mining or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of ore processing, plant operations or related technical workflows
  • Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving technical validation and capital approval processes
  • Commercial credibility with both site-level operators and senior decision-makers
  • Comfortable operating globally, with regular travel and time spent on mine sites
  • Hands-on, commercially driven approach with a focus on originating and progressing opportunities
  • Interest in advanced processing technology and its practical application within mining operations
