This is not a traditional brand marketing role.
We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who can drive customer acquisition, optimise digital performance and deliver measurable business growth.
Reporting to the GM Commercial, you'll focus on acquisition and lead generation across B2B and B2C channels. You'll own paid search, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and lifecycle marketing, go-to-market activity for new product launches, agency management and marketing performance, using data, technology and AI to continuously improve results.

You'll own paid search, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and lifecycle marketing, go-to-market activity for new product launches, agency management and marketing performance, using data, technology and AI to continuously improve results.
You'll bring:
- Proven success delivering customer acquisition, lead generation and measurable business growth.
- Strong expertise across paid search (Google Ads/Bing Ads), SEO and website conversion optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation and customer journey optimisation.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimise performance and confidently report on ROI, CAC and conversion metrics.
- Experience leading product launches and integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- The confidence to challenge agencies and drive accountability for performance.
- A hands-on approach, you enjoy developing strategy but aren't afraid to execute.
- Curiosity and a passion for leveraging AI and emerging technology to improve marketing outcomes.
- High-growth technology or SaaS businesses.
- Performance marketing or digital-first organisations.
- Subscription or recurring revenue businesses.
- Health technology, healthcare, aged care or disability services (beneficial but not essential).
- Founder-led or scale-up environments where you've been accountable for commercial growth.
