About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Digital & Content team and gain exposure to a broad range of digital disciplines while supporting major transformation projects across websites, eCommerce, social media and customer engagement. You will:
  • Support website enhancements, content updates and digital experience projects across multiple brands
  • Assist with website management through CMS platforms including Shopify and Storyblok
  • Coordinate digital campaigns, product launches and brand refresh activities
  • Contribute to social media planning, content creation and community engagement initiatives
  • Assist with short-form video production and content development across digital channels
  • Support eCommerce growth initiatives, customer engagement programs and loyalty projects
  • Work closely with agency partners, content creators and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with SEO, emerging AI search optimisation (GEO) and digital best practice initiatives
  • Monitor campaign and website performance and contribute to reporting and optimisation activities
  • Play a key role in supporting a significant digital transformation program across Australia and New Zealand
Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, content or a related marketing role
  • Exposure to website management, CMS platforms or eCommerce environments
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Understanding of social media, content marketing and customer journeys
  • Experience with Shopify, Storyblok or similar CMS platforms highly regarded
  • Exposure to SEO, content optimisation, digital analytics or reporting
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Curious, proactive and passionate about digital marketing and emerging technologies
  • Collaborative approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Retail, FMCG, consumer products, hardware or trade industry experience advantageous but not essential
