ABOUT THE ROLE
Taking a lead role within the Demand Planning function, the role will support opportunities for process optimisation, and execute on a supply chain roadmap that will deliver improved outcomes across all key metrics.
Core to the role will be:
• Support the optimisation and take ownership of demand forecasts across key product categories
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply teams to deliver an integrated S&OP process
• Assist with system and process improvements as part of the broader supply chain transformation
• Influence the development of the demand planning team to deliver capability uplift
ABOUT THE PERSON
Due to the criticality of both the role and its outcomes, our client its taking a targeted approach towards attracting Demand Planning specialists specifically from within the FMCG sector, that bring a strong understanding of grocery supply chain.
