About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing brand portfolio and play a key role in shaping the brand's future across the Australian market.
Working within a collaborative team, you'll have exposure across brand strategy, social media, new product development, retailer activation and commercial performance, with genuine autonomy to make an impact.
You will:
- Execute annual brand and portfolio plans to drive growth across the Australian market
- Support product, pricing, promotional and distribution initiatives alongside the Senior Brand Manager
- Develop and deliver the Australian social media and content strategy, including managing content calendars and brand storytelling
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across retailer media, digital platforms and emerging channels
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign spend and ROI reporting
- Monitor brand health, campaign performance and category trends to inform future activity
- Partner with retailer marketing teams to execute impactful activation plans
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and retail media contacts
- Represent the Australian market within innovation and new product development discussions
- Lead assigned NPD projects from concept through to successful launch
- Contribute to increasing brand awareness and supporting the continued growth of the Australian business
Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years' experience in Brand, Marketing or Category Management
- Current Brand Manager experience preferred, although outstanding Senior Assistant Brand Managers are encouraged to apply
- FMCG experience preferred but not essential
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Strong understanding of retailer activation and commercial marketing
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Exposure to new product development highly regarded
- Experience across social media, content creation and brand communications
- Strong commercial, analytical and financial acumen
- Experience using retailer insights or data platforms advantageous
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Passion for sustainability, health and purpose-led brands
