About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on Marketing Executive role sitting within a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team. The role supports both day-to-day execution and longer-term digital and customer experience improvement initiatives across The Fruit Box Group and The One Box.
You will:
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Manager in delivering the marketing strategy and customer engagement plans
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing execution including briefing, building, scheduling, QA and optimisation
  • Develop and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, retention, abandonment and behavioural journeys
  • Create and manage content across email, website, social media and marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage social media channels including content scheduling, community engagement and performance monitoring
  • Support SEO best practice and content optimisation across digital channels
  • Coordinate paid media audiences and campaigns with external agency partners (Google Ads)
  • Support marketing activity for The One Box (community initiative), including email campaigns and reporting
  • Assist with campaign delivery, briefing creative partners and managing internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience
  • 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing or a similar role
  • Strong experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g. Customer.io, Salesforce, Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp)
  • Experience managing customer segmentation, data-driven marketing and lifecycle campaigns
  • Exposure to website content management and digital campaign execution
  • Understanding of social media marketing, content creation and customer journeys
  • Experience with Google Ads or paid media coordination advantageous
  • Strong copywriting skills across digital channels
  • Canva experience for content creation; Adobe Suite advantageous
  • Exposure to SEO, digital analytics or reporting highly regarded
  • Experience in FMCG, B2B, and subscription, delivery or customer-focused businesses desirable, but not essential
