About the Role
This is a key Estimator / Scheduler position sitting between engineering, sales, customers, and project delivery.

You will be responsible for interpreting structural drawings, preparing accurate quantity take-offs, supporting tenders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.

The role would suit someone who enjoys the detail of estimating but also wants involvement in project coordination, technical problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and bills of quantities from structural drawings
  • Support tender preparation, pricing, and project estimation
  • Coordinate project schedules and delivery requirements
  • Liaise with engineers, sales teams, customers, and production stakeholders
  • Review drawings and documentation to confirm project scope and requirements
  • Support process improvement across estimating and scheduling workflows
  • Help ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time
About You
You will ideally have experience in estimating, scheduling, drafting, or project coordination within a technical construction-related environment.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in estimating, scheduling, or technical project coordination
  • Strong ability to read and interpret structural or architectural drawings
  • Exposure to quantity take-offs, tenders, pricing, or BOQs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Good Excel capability
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software would be highly regarded
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
